The Friends of Forbes are pleased to invite you to apply to our third annual Fall Artisans Fair. This is an outdoor event. You are responsible for your own tent, tables, and chairs. Each space is 10’x10’ and located in the parking lot. Your tent MUST be secured with weights.

The fair will be held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.

Date: Sunday, October 5, 2025, 10am-3pm
Set Up: Sunday 7am-9:45am; please be ready to go by 10:00am
Fee: $60 per space

DEADLINE for applications is August 4th
Your participation/status will be confirmed by August 18th by email.

• Submit the online application and mail a $60 check made out to Friends of Forbes Library to the address below. The completed application will not be considered submitted until the check is received in the mail.
• Please include the signed and dated form with your check and mail to:

We will not be returning photos or checks. If you are not selected, your check will be
shredded.

You will be selected from the entire group of applicants, allowing us to select a wide range of items. We have approximately 46 spaces in the parking lot and on the lawn area.

We will be holding a raffle to benefit the library and would be most grateful for a donation of one of your items. ($15-$20) on the day of the fair.

Fundraiser by Friends of Forbes Library, inc. All proceeds go to Forbes Library for books, equipment, and programs.
